Privacy Notice

AI.O.S. processes the business records you enter — contacts, tasks, calendar entries, documents and messages — so the assistant can help your team. Records belong to your organization and are separated from every other organization.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), organization details (business name, city, industry, optional TIN, VAT setting, business hours), records you create, and activity logs of changes and delivery attempts.

How we use it

To operate the workspace, to let the assistant retrieve and draft based on records you are authorized to see, and to keep an audit trail. Sensitive fields such as TIN are limited to Owner, Admin and Finance roles.

Your choices

You may correct or delete records, ask for an export, or close your workspace. Retention periods, the Data Protection Officer contact and breach-notification commitments are still to be confirmed by the business owner and its counsel.
