Using AI.O.S.

You are responsible for the accuracy of records you enter and for the actions you approve. The assistant prepares drafts; nothing external is sent, shared or issued without a human approval from an authorized member.

Assistant limits

AI.O.S. is an AI assistant, not a person, and it can make mistakes. Documents it drafts are business documents, not official BIR invoices or receipts. Tax settings are configurable business preferences, not tax advice.

Plan and billing

The indicative plan price is ₱499 per user per month. Billing is disabled until the business owner confirms the published price and a payment provider.

Acceptable use

Do not use AI.O.S. to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate others, or to store data you have no right to hold.
